Always do 2 gentle shampoos, the first removes unwanted pollutants and product build up while the second treats the hair.  Rise well.
Wring excess water from hair after cleansing. Expel a small amount of product into your hands and apply to mid lengths and ends of hair, ensuring even distribution. Gently massage scalp and indulge in 2-3 minutes of ‘you time’ prior to rinsing thoroughly and exhale.
