With a blend of base oils rich in Vitamin D, & E (tocopherol), linoleic acid and various minerals this lightweight oil hydrates the body while fighting free radical damage and protecting against premature ageing. Added Antioxidants and Vitamin C help to promote elasticity, protect skin against oxidative stress and UV damage reduce the appearance of stretch marks and scars while nourishing and conditioning skin.

HOW TO USE
Take a moment to drop into yourself. 
Dispense half of the loaded dropper onto the palm of your hand and begin to rub your hands together.
Inhale deeply the pleasant scent of geranium, ylang, ylang and orange oil allowing it to activate your senses, clearing away the external noise and bringing you back to centre.  Set an intention to be fully present.
Gently close the eyes down and proceed to lather your skin, beginning at your arms, bringing your awareness to the surface of the skin, as you whisper sweet nothings to yourself and choose to consciously send love into your body through the pores of your skin, move your way in upward strokes towards your chest and neck bringing that energy and awareness down to your heart space.  
For optimum results, apply to clean damp skin after  having a shower OR add to your bath to deepen your self care ritual.
